GOAL Time

This fall K showed a great interest in Soccer.
Daily, he asked just about anyone to kick the soccer ball around.

So, Eastvale Soccer League met the Aderholds for the first time.

K is very fortunate to be on a team where everyone is the same size and there are a lot of experienced players, all of whom he could learn from.
Saturday was K's first game and he loved it!
 His favorite is playing defense.
The team together scored four goals, and they won (even though they don't keep score),
winning 4-0.
This boy has loved Soccer more than anything else.

I was proud of my little guy and all his efforts to play well.
He even took a slap in the face with the ball as the other team kicked it in bounds,
and he shook it off like a good athlete.

This was today.
He put his uniform on and practiced dribbling with Papa.

This boy found something he loved and he's putting all his efforts into it.
As a mom, I am super excited to see my son passionate about something he loves.

Summers End and Foward to FALL!

Summers end is closely approaching and I'm neither sad nor excited,.
However, I can say I'm anxiously awaiting the fall season (it's my favorite time of year!).
Here's just a sneak peak of the silly, exciting, everyday moments captured by the iphone.

Girly love!

And some pictures that aren't from the iphone, more like from the photographer.
The "we moved" photo was especially made for the "we moved" postcards I never sent out (my bad).

Summer was great. Fast, hot, tiring and all together fun. I'm excited to start planning the school year.
This year I'm planning on starting both J and K in Kinder, so I've got my planning cut out for me.
J and K are still in swimming which they love, K start's soccer next week and we're planning on getting piano lessons this year.
We've got a full fun filled fall planned and we're ready to embrace it with open arms!
